    Pick the products you would like to have your pet's adorable face/body/information ofthe pets/etc. printed on. It is recommended to choose photos with good lighting and vivid facial expressions.

  • Upload a photo

    Upload the photo(s) of your pet using our simple upload process. Guess what! You can choose different photos for different products. Please check out our photo guide before you upload your photo(s) so that we can provide you with the best products.

  • Place your order

    After you confirm the order, we will send you pet art by email within 2 to 3 days.(An important note: Please be sure to provide your email address to us to ensure that you can receive the effect confirmation email. If you do not leave your email contact information or do not reply within 2 days after we send the email, then we will default that you have confirmed and will directly start product production. we also suggest that you follow our Instagram to keep intouch with us online at any time.)

Photo Guide

1. Avoid The Use Of Blurry Images.

The image you upload is key! A higher-quality photo helps us create the best design possible. Don’t worry—a smartphone photo works just fine.

2. Good Lighting Is Key.

To ensure the great quality of artwork, we strongly recommend to take the photo with great lighting. Either natural light or artificial light.

3. More Than One Pet.

We suggest using different numbers of pet patterns according to the size of different products. However, in order to ensure the best presentation of the product, please take a picture of them side by side with very little space between them. Using more than one pet pattern will not increase the size of the product either.

4. Capture the most vivid facial expressions.

To ensure that you receive the most perfect customized product, whether you provide a full-body photo or a close-up of your pet's head, we will only extract the head photo of your pet for design. Our production process

Step.1

Custom pet art creation

Our professional artists will create unique pet art for you. Every design goes through an in-house quality check to ensure your artwork is perfect. Before production, we'll send you the artistic creation for approval before we proceed with production.

Step.2

You authorize it, then we print it

When your artwork is ready for review, you will be notified by email. Please kindly leave your email address to us.

Step.3

Final check and ship

After your approval. We will proceed with production.

· The production takes 5-10 working days.
· Shipping will be 5-10 working days, depending on the location.
· We expect the total turn around time to be 2 to 3 weeks.
We will notify and communicate with email if there are any exception interm of production time and shipping time.
