Shipping Information
Our delivery times consist of two parts: artwork creation time and transit time. Artwork creation refers to the period needed to produce your order. Transit time is the duration of shipping your order to your doorstep.
Artwork Creation（Production）
The production time is around 5-10 working days, different products have different production times, and we will need to confirm the design with you during the process. Therefore, if you respond to us promptly, our production time will be shorter. We will produce your order as quickly as possible, so please feel confident in making your purchase. Please make sure that you leave your email address to us (if you forgot to give us , during the purchasing process）, just send your email to us with your order information).
Transit Time(Delivery)
Shipping takes around 5-15 working days, remote areas may take a bit longer, however, sometimes due to special circumstances such as holidays, logistics, and weather, the time may be extended.
Overall Turnaround Times
We expect the total turnaround time to be 2-3 weeks. We will process it as soon as possible so that you can receive your order as soon as possible.
Shipping Fees
For orders totaling over $99, we offer free shipping. For orders under $99, a shipping fee of $9.9 applies.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 14 days of placing your order, please get in touch. If you have not received your order after the given delivery timeframe, please contact our friendly support team at support@mogumark.com, please give us your order number when you send us E-mail.
